In order for us to let you know how we can help you, you will need to provide us with the following:
- Certified copy of your Identity Document
- Most recent statement from your finance house
- Most recent settlement letter
- Clear pictures of the vehicle from all sides, as well as inside the vehicle – Please refer to photo requirements below
- Clear picture of the license disc
- Copy of invoice from the last service done on the vehicle
How to take images for advertising your vehicle with AutoGroup
- Pull your vehicle out into the open so there is no other vehicles or objects in the way
- Take full length images of your vehicle from each side as well as front & rear
- Take side views at angle of the vehicle
- Take interior images from both the front seat & rear seat
We will then provide you with the following service:
- We source the perfect client for your vehicle
- We manage your vehicle until it is refinanced or the balance is settled, as well as the transfer process
- We ensure all monthly instalments are paid over to the vehicle owner or finance house
- We ensure that insurance is in place at all times
- We manage the annual license renewal process
- We conduct vehicle inspections every 60 to 90 days
- We conduct weekly tracking checks to monitor vehicle usage
- We issue letters of breach if the vehicle is not paid on time
- We handle the collection of vehicles in breach when needed
- We assist in getting client to pay any fines that occu
You get all this for a nominal fee of R250-00 per month or R3000-00 per year
